Find a cozy spot on either your bed or the floor, ensuring it's a comfortable space where you can fully relax and unwind. Don't forget to grab your favorite pillow or blanket to enhance the comfort. It's important to stay hydrated, so please make sure to drink plenty of water before your session begins. Sit back and relax as I play soothing music that will help create the perfect atmosphere for your relaxation session.
What do I do after our session?
Immediately after our session, it is important to have a light meal and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
It is normal that a few hours later, you may experience worsened symptoms or feel no change at all. If you have any concerns or queries, feel free to reach out to me via email.
To help relax before going to bed, I recommend taking a soothing Epsom salt bath/foot soak. If possible, take some time to meditate and ensure you get a good night's rest. These practices will aid in your overall well-being and enhance the effects of our session.
